This is a 8 week Mount LeConte training program which will include:

✅ A pdf of the workouts including videos of the exercises and an exact plan to follow to help you get in shape for LeConte.
✅ A Facebook group so you can ask me questions and give me feedback on what you think and get supported by me and others in the group.
✅ Some other specialty workouts such as training for downhill and balance workouts to help you decrease the likelihood of getting injured.

This will get you in shape no matter what route you take. But I'm specifically designing it for the distance and elevation of Alum Cave Trail.
