Here we go!  

Most of us walk around not fully living or loving our lives.   We're overwhelmed with the responsibilities at work, of being a parent, or just life in general. It can be depressing, unhealthy and unproductive.  We live our lives in such an unbalanced way, that we're often in survival mode, hoping that we manage to get through each day.

Over the next 6 weeks, you are going to practice 6 different habits: reducing evening screen time, sleep, gratitude, meditation, spending time outdoors and planning. You will practice each habit for one week. If you follow the 6 week plan as outlined, you'll live a happier, healthier and more productive life.

The 6 Week Lifestyle Challenge begins on Monday August 26, 2019 and is made up of six different parts:

Screen Time

Sleep

Gratitude

Meditation

Spending Time Outdoors

Planning

We are going to spend one week on each aspect and try to build upon each other.

The goal is not to be perfect, but to simply practice. Practice with intent, unattached to an outcome.

The practices you will undertake over the next 6 weeks are strategically put together to help you live a happier, healthier and more productive life. Many of the practices you will try will be very simple and take less than 10 minutes. Don't let their simplicity fool you; these are little levers that will move large boulders in your life.

Over the course of each week, you will go deeper into why each practice is important. At the end of the 6 weeks, you can decide if these practices are something you want to continue incorporating into your life.

Your first habit starts Monday August 26! You will receive your lesson and daily practice in the morning.

We will also have a Facebook group for extra support and accountability.

I am using a "Pay What You Want" model. That means just name your price and you're in the coaching program. I don't want money to be the reason you don't join the challenge because I feel it's important to help as many people as possible.
